Poomsae

​

Competitors are to perform traditional forms from various Taekwondo styles. Poomsae brackets are single elimination.

Weapons Forms

​

Competitors will receive number scores for their performance. Competitors will demonstrate their form one at a time.

Pairs Poomsae

​

Point Sparring

​

Sparring competitors must wear approved gear and understand the point sparring rules and code of conduct. Point sparring competition is single elimination.

Combat Weapons Sparring

Combat Weapon Sparring competitors must wear approved gear and understand the competition rules and code of conduct. Combat Weapon Sparring competition is single elimination.

Board Breaking

Competitors will arrange a 3-station board break performance to demonstrate breaking skills and taekwondo showmanship. 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm demo boards used to demonstrate advanced breaking. Boards must be purchased at the tournament.
